Toll Online provides powerful web based services to our customers and is a one stop shop for customers to manage their accounts online. Toll's Web based solutions provide access to detailed Tracking information as well as access to Proof of Delivery images and account specifics.
Toll Track & Trace
With Toll Consignment Tracking you can track up to 10 consignments without logging in. However access to detailed tracking information and Proof of Delivery requires authentication. Tracking a consignment is as easy as entering the consignment numbers into the search box and clicking search. The Tracking system will display a list of consignments that it has found with basic information. Click on the Consignment you want to view to see further information, including tracking history.
Toll Connect
Customers who do not have a freight management system would normally use Toll Connect as a stand-alone setup. Toll SPD IT support staff would visit the customer site and install Toll Connect on a compatible PC.
Business to Business (B2B)
Toll Exchange provides powerful and rapid connections between Toll, Trading Partners and Customers. The Toll Exchange platform allows integration of existing ERP and EDI systems, legacy applications, databases and websites with those of customers and partners. The full integration capabilities of Toll Exchange guarantee secure, bi-directional messaging exchange between disparate applications and systems in use throughout business communities.
